Any item can be returned to us within 14 days of purchase. Goods must be returned in new condition with original packaging. It always helps if you can supply a proof of purchase or at least the date of purchase. It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in the post.

Bontrager items carry a full 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Please note that items will be charged at the selling price at the start of the 30 day period and exchanged or fully credited if returned.
