Performing a simple test to see if your piece of clothing needs a DWR boost is straightforward. Drip water on the outer surface of the fabric. If the water runs off, your DWR is still good. But if the water stays or darkens the fabric, it's time for a little reproofing support from our Eco Proofer.

Easy to use, it simply needs a quick tumble or iron after line drying for the heat to trigger the DWR finish.

With Storm's Apparel Eco Proofer you can not only renew your garment's initial finish but also leave behind a patented, abrasion-resistant, and eco-friendly finish. Its PFC Free Eco formula is perfect for any outdoor clothing textiles.

What's more, each 225ml tin comes with a spray nozzle for precise application to your apparel's most vulnerable areas. Just shake the bottle and spray evenly from a 10 to 15 cm distance. Rubbing it in with a clean cloth soaked in the proofer benefits better performance and cut back on runs. Once done, let it drip dry and conclude drying in a tumble dryer.

For the best results, we recommend giving your garment a wash (if needed) with Storm Eco Wash before application.
