We offer a wide range of servicing in our onsite workshop, including:
- Regular servicing, brake and transmission repairs
- Servicing and repairs to suspension forks and rear shocks
- Diagnosis of Shimano DI2 and electric bike faults
In the past we have used our engineering experience to repair and recover parts that are no longer available and the extent of our repairs varies from simple punctures to installing an electric assistance transmission to a tandem. We enjoy putting people back in the saddle.

- Gears and brakes adjusted within working tolerance (cables replaced if necessary)
- Frame checked for external wear and damage
- Drivetrain inspected for damage and wear
- Bottom bracket and headset inspected for wear
- Wheels and tyres checked for alignment and wear
- Check all bolts for torque
service 2 £80.00
- Drivetrain inspected for damage or wear
- Drivetrain removed, degreased and lubricated
- Gears and brakes adjusted within working tolerance (cables replaced and hydraulic brakes bled if necessary)
- Wheels and tyres checked for alignment and wear (wheels trued and bearings replaced if necessary)
- Frame checked for external wear, damage and alignment
- Bottom bracket and headset inspected for wear and replaced if necessary
- Check all bolts for torque
service 3 £130.00
Everything in Service 2, plus...
- Bike completely stripped down to the frame
- Frame detailed
- All threads and facings cleaned
- All bearings stripped, cleaned and reassembled including hubs, headset and bottom bracket
- Hydraulic brakes bled
- Bike reassembled with new grease and lubricants
Service 4 £170.00
For full suspension mountain bikes. Everything in Service 3, plus...
- Frame disassembled, parts cleaned and pivot bearings replaced if needed
- Fork and rear shock serviced
- Frame reassembled with fresh lube and Locktite
Electric Bike Service £100.00
For Bosch, Shimano STEPS, TQ, Fazua or Hyena equipped electric bikes. We currently cannot undertake fault diagnosis on any other ebike system.
