Collect the same day when you order before 3pm for items we have in stock at our shop. For any orders made after 3pm collection will be available the following working day.
Orders for warehouse stock will be ready for collection in 2-3 working days. We will be in touch when your order is ready to collect.
For bikes in stock dispatch times will be 2-3 days, for warehouse stock dispatch will be 3-5 days. All bikes will be sent by 24hr courier service and will be free for orders worth £1,000 and over, or £25.00 for orders worth under £1,000.
For in stock e-bikes dispatch times will be 2-3 days, for warehouse stock dispatch will be 3-5 days. All e-bikes will be sent by 24hr courier service and will be free for orders worth £3,000 and over, or £45.00 for orders worth under £3,000.
Orders containing only clothing, parts or accessories will be shipped in 2-3 working days with a 24hr delivery service. This will be free when your basket is worth £50 and over, or £8 for any orders below £50.
Returns will be available on all bikes, e-bikes, clothing, parts, nutrition and accessories for up to 30 days after purchase. We can offer you a refund, exchange or voucher of equal value, please note we can't refund any delivery costs.
Please make sure any items returned are in unused condition, in their original packaging and any perishable items have a minimum of '2 weeks ' before their sell by date.
We accept returns in-store and by post however please note that the customer will be required to cover the postage cost of the return.
