Collect the same day when you order before 3pm for items we have in stock at our shop. For any orders made after 3pm collection will be available the following working day.
Orders for warehouse stock will be ready for collection in 2-3 working days or 7-14 working days for Trek and Bontrager items. We will be in touch when your order is ready to collect.
For in stock bikes, dispatch times will be 3 days. For warehouse stock dispatch will be 7-14 days. All bikes will be sent by 24hr courier service. Delivery is free for orders over £1,000, or £25.00 for orders under £1,000.
For in stock e-bikes dispatch times will be 3 day. For warehouse stock dispatch will be 7-14 days. All e-bikes will be sent by 24hr courier service. Delivery is free for orders over £3,000, or £45.00 for orders under £3,000.
Orders for clothing, parts or accessories will be shipped in 2-3 working days if the item is in stock. For Trek and Bontrager warehouse stock, dispatch will be in 7-14 days. All parcels are sent with a 24hr delivery service. Delivery is free for orders over £50, or £5 for orders below £50.
Returns are available on all bikes, e-bikes, clothing, parts and accessories for up to 30 days after purchase. We can offer you a refund, exchange or voucher of equal value. Please note we can't refund any delivery costs.
Please make sure any items returned are in unused condition, in their original packaging and that any perishable items have a minimum of '2 weeks ' before their sell by date.
Trek and Bontrager parts, accessories and clothing carry a full 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Please note that items will be charged at the selling price at the start of the 30 day period and exchanged or fully credited if returned.
We accept returns in-store and by post however please note that the customer will be required to cover the postage cost of the return.
If you are unhappy with any goods that we have supplied, please tell us the problem, we can probably help regardless of its age.
